Below is the up to date version of Club Penguin’s rules list.

1. Respect Others – We do not tolerate bullying, or being to mean to others.
2. No Bad Word - We do not allow any rude, inappropriate language or behavior. This includes swearing, racism, talking about drugs, sex or alcohol.
3. Stay Safe Online  - We do not tolerate the sharing of personal information like your real name, phone number, address, email or password.
4. No Cheating - We do not allow the use of 3rd party programs

Penguins caught breaking the rules will be banned for a various amount of time.
Ban times range from 12 hours to permanent bans.
