Club Penguin offers two chat modes to players, Safe Chat mode and Ultimate Safe Chat mode.
Ultimate Safe Chat means that players can only speak default phrases that Club Penguin have created. They can also only see other penguins that have used Ultimate Safe Chat messages. They cannot type in their own phrases.

Some servers have been dedicated to Ultimate Safe Chat servers, they can still access regular servers still. Ultimate Safe Chat servers puts every user into Ultimate Safe Chat that logs onto it. You can view Ultimate Safe Chat Servers by checking out our server page.
