Rookie is a clumsy Elite Penguin Force agent. He’s known being funny, even though he doesn’t mean to. Rookie is a green penguin with a red propeller cap, red glasses, and a red Maui shirt. Like all the other Club Penguin mascots, Rookie has a free autographed background for you to receive.

Finding Rookie on Club Penguin:

1. Rookie is a green penguin, with a red Hawaiian shirt, red sunglasses and a red flying cap.
2. Rookie will log onto popular servers throughout peak hours of the day and lower servers when not many people are online.
3. Rookie will log onto English, Spanish, Portuguese and French servers.
4. Rookie will spend between 10 and 15 minutes on each server.
5. Rookie will move through various rooms throughout that duration.
6. Rookie will most likely be found in the Box Dimension or the Elite Penguin Force Command Room.
7. If you see a full room with penguins out side shouting ‘Rookie’, he could be in there.
8. If you see a popular server that isn’t usually that popular, Rookie could perhaps be on that server.
9. When you find Rookie, add him as a buddy, as you’ll then be able to tell if he’s online or offline.
